再補充多少資料, 應該係分permanent定contract post, 前者嘅合約有開始日期, 但冇完結日期. 後者嘅合約有開始及完結日期, 一般係一至兩年. contract post要研究清潔細節, 有啲機構每次續約時都會同你從新傾條件, 即係話可能每次續約有機會同舊合約一樣待遇! 但亦有一啲機構會按年增薪, 要了解清楚! 感覺上好似permanent有保障啲, 但只要跟足勞工法例, 一樣可以炒得! 嘻...我都炒過4個!![/quote]

Thanks for your advice. 坦白講, 好多年前已經想跳出HA, 奈何97之後, 經濟衰退, 外面環境始終冇HA咁穩定, 人工又冇咁好, 整下整下, 而家想出都唔係咁易, 再加上有家庭負擔, 唔係可以話搏就搏...而且, 除非個NGO post係我好有興趣, 否則都幾難有motivation郁...其實而家上咗QMH, 俾我發揮嘅機會已經多咗, 現階段都係暫時"做好呢份工", 再搏上位, 唔得至算...話時話, 順便賣下廣告, 小弟今年喺HA convention有張poster present(咁多年來第一張), 會去嘅隊友記得去望下  |

| 明愛荔景個OTI post，八到以下嘅料。Services 包括 long stay care home, HWH (80 inmates), SE & community mental health。LSCH & HWH 主要做 ADL Ax 同 training，SE 就分centre base 同 non centre base。前者喺自己complex入面做，後者則在community，工種好似有麵包店。至於 community mental health 都係做 work 為主如 work assessment & individualized training。Cases 由距地嘅community mental health team refer。而人手方面，會喺1OTI, 2OTII & 8OTA, 都唔少人同唔少野做架 |
