many lack ambition -- confine to ADL only

and one point is very improtant..... many guys lack passion and commitment to SOCCER

Better to refine the topic to "Committed OTAFC members = good OT", and ask Andy Cheng to be your supervisor. But perhaps there is conflict of interest.

concerning soccer, no regret at, all despite so many painful injuries.

From my point of view, OT is a medical profession that can 'truely' provide tailor- made rehab program to our clients. We not only focus on physical strength and range (e.g. PT), patient caring problems (e.g. nurses) or length of stay (e.g. MO, medication of course), we actually concern 'everything' before deciding our plans

adam, I also have passion in my job, but I have to say that OT is framed by ADL and it lacks ambition to develop other cores services

Then, what will you suggest for us to further develop? Have you got any innovative ideas?
